Course Objectives:

1. To introduce students to the world of computers
2. To expand current computer trend knowledge
3. To keep a bi-weekly journal on the latest trend in computer related issues
4. To review basic keyboarding skills
5. To gain a working knowledge of Google Doc applications – Document, Presentation, and Spreadsheet
6. To learn basic HTML and design a personal homepage (If time permits)

Course Outline:

1. Review basic keyboarding skills.

Course Grading:

Assignment Guidelines:

• Projects/Journals must be completed at the BEGINNING of class.
• 25% off the grade if it is one week late.
• 40% off the grade if it is two weeks late.
• No “Oops” pass on Projects!
